I just finished reading Steve Coll’s book and I must say, it gave excellent insight on the dynamics and strategies of US foreign piolicy makers and the dynamics behind the decisions made in times of conflict, setting the stage for one of the biggest oversights made in US foreign policy.

Offers revealing details of the CIA’s involvement in the evolution of the Taliban and Al Qaeda in the years before the September 11 attacks.
